For all Painter users we have designed a very simple order process. Simply follow the steps outlined below
Step 1: Select the Service Level you would like to order.
Step 2: Select the Size and Format (if applicable).
Step 3: Select the image that you would like produced. Ensure that the file size at least 5MB. You will be given an opportunity to write any specific instructions that will accompany your image during the remaining order process.
Step 4: You will be asked to register so that we can process your order and contact you should there be any questions.
Step 5: Your order will be processed. An order confirmation will be sent to you via email confirming that we have received your order. If there are any questions regarding your order a customer service representative will get back to you. Allow approximately 10-15 business days once the order has been received to ship within continental North America . Depending on the destination, add a maximum of 5 business days for transit via courier service. For orders outside Continental North America, we will only process the rolled canvas format. Shipping will be via UPS. All shipments outside continental North America must be approved by the customer before orders can be processed.
Note: Service Level III-Enhanced-rolled paintings: Please allow an additional 10-15 business days for drying. Shipping before being completely dry could result in damage.
