FAQ

Q - Can I have Corel Painter Plus do some editing of my work if I need it done?
A – We will not go in and make changes to art work.

Q - Can I order multiples of the same image?
A – Yes, call our customer service and we’ll quote and process your order offline.

Q – Is genuine oil paint used on my painting?
A – We only use the finest oil paints.  In addition we apply a special UV coating to protect the surface.

Q - Can you produce larger sizes than a 36” x 36”?
A – We can produce up to a 48” x 52” image 

Q- What if I don’t like how my artwork was painted?
A- Contact our customer service department and we will work with you to make it right.

Q - Is this service exclusive to Painter users?
A- This service has been designed and developed exclusively for Corel Painter users.

Q – Do you ship outside continental USA and Canada?
A – Yes we do, but we will only take orders for images that can be shipped in a rolled format due to costs.  Customers can submit their order and select "Request for Quote" as the payment method and we will provide a quote.

Q –What if I’m outside continental America and Canada and I want a stretched painting.  Can I order it?
A – You can order it only if you approve the shipping and handling costs.

Q -Enhanced paintings that are shipped rolled, what is the drying time?
A - The painting has to be thoroughly dried before shipping. It requires an additional 10-15 business days to avoid any damage.
